The first specialty to be mentioned is coconut candy, which is very famous nationwide. The ingredients of coconut candy include coconut water, malt syrup and sugar. First, makers have to extract the inside cover then grind it and put it into a light fabric pad to filter and extract the water milk. Then the coconut milk is mixed with malt syrup and water and boiled. The maker has to stir up the mixture steadily until it solidifies. After that, the solidified coconut soup is put onto a plate or a frame and then cut into square shapes as coconut candy. Finally, makers have to cover each piece with wax-paper.
